11) October 22 — slave life and “marriage”

Note that there is no tracking form for Thursday, October 24; time was devoted to group discussions and creating “charts.” Nevertheless, include evaluation of your role in your group and of the overall value of the groups’ clarification of articles.

9) October 8 — Abolitionism into 1830s

As most of Thursday, October 10, was devoted to small group discussions and posting of (EXCELLENT!) “notes” on the board, we did not have a regular discussion. Thus, there is no tracking form.

However, each student should still comment on their role in Thursday’s small group and white-board activity.  Score/explain your participation, and score/explain the value of the groups’ “charts.”
